Questions
Is there really no subscription?
Yes. You buy the app once in the App Store. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription.
Where is my customer data stored?
Only on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account and no server. Data leaves the device only when you export or share it yourself, e.g. as PDF, CSV or tour file. With iCloud device backup it is included in your normal backup.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Customers, planning and visit reports work offline. Only maps and live traffic need a connection.
Can I import my customers from Excel?
Yes. Import an Excel or CSV file, pick contacts from your address book, scan business cards or add businesses directly from the map.
Can my team use it?
Each person uses the app on their own device. Tours can be sent to colleagues by AirDrop, mail or messenger, and opened and edited there, without any server.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. Voice note summaries use Apple Intelligence on supported devices; everything else works on all devices.
